Best Effort Accuracy Disclaimer
EduPix uses advanced AI to identify and blur faces of non-consenting individuals. While we strive for high accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% detection or coverage in all scenarios. Schools and organizations remain responsible for final review before media distribution.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduPix's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
User Data Accuracy
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all data you input into EduPix—including consent flags, face profiles, and related information—is accurate and kept up to date.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EduPix, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any improper or unauthorized use, or any failure to ensure the accuracy of data provided.
